Wallpaper can be dissolved when dry. The wallpaper paste for non-woven wallpaper can be mixed to a lump-free consistency within 3-5 minutes and is ready to use. Application: Before applying, make sure that the surfaces are dry, load-bearing, evenly absorbent, clean, smooth and sufficiently flat for the intended wall clothing. Put the powder in a bucket of cold water and stir for 1 minute. Stir after 3 minutes of swelling time. The mixture is now ready to use.
